Rusty was bred by Martin Irish who is the owner of Leyland Court XC course. Martin rode Rusty’s mother to intermediate B.E. level.

Rusty competed in some novics last season and did her first intermediate run at Aldon where she won. She is an extremely athletic and talented mare. It will be exciting to see how she progresses this season. Her aim for this season is to get comfortable at intermediate level then aim for a 2* mid season.

Interestingly, Rusty is now the 4th event horse in our yard by the prolific sire Mayhill.
